Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand real estate moves fast and plans change. Please review the following: - Rescheduling & Cancellation Notice 24+ hours before your shoot: reschedule or cancel free of charge. Less than 24 hours before your shoot: a $75 late-change fee applies. Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 50% of the quoted shoot fee is due. - Property Not Ready / No Access If the photographer arrives and the property is not photo-ready, access is denied, or no one is available to provide entry, 100% of the quoted fee is due. Please allow a 15-minute grace period only. - Weather (Exterior & Aerial Shoots) Shoots affected by rain, high winds, or unsafe drone conditions will be rescheduled at no charge. Interior shoots proceed as scheduled regardless of weather. EIP has final discretion on weather-related calls. - How to Reschedule or Cancel Contact EIP as early as possible by email or phone. The earlier you reach out, the easier it is to find a new slot that works for everyone.
